Service Description

This class is all women's empowering boxing class lead by a female competitive fighter and coach. You can expect to learn: helpful life skills that you can use for protection. This class will also help you build strength and endurance while being a great form of stress relief! Boxing makes you feel stronger and safe. It is a great cardio workout, fulled by amazing energy. Whether your goal is to loose weight, get into better shape or gain strength, boxing can help YOU do it.
